12 years ago CTK “captain tying knots” was started as a small side business making pre rigs for striped bass and trout fisherman in Maine. After a couple of years of tying rigs I picked up plug building as a hobby. After years of hobby building for myself, friends, family, and fishermen I’v met along the way a demand started to develop and in 2024 the decision was made to take CTk to the next level. The small but amazing repeat customer base is what makes CTK Fishing what it is today.
